The works that form "CANTATA BLUIA LIBRO DORE​" were handmade by Pier Paolo Calzolari and Pierre Thoretton; only two works were created as prints, a lithograph and a silk-screen print, and one of them bears handmade interventions.

The text by Bruno Corà, complete with French and English translations, was signed at the end by the author in all book copies
The typographic part is printed on Vergella Magnani.
The French text printed on the last page is by Pier Paolo Calzolari.
The publishing project was implemented by Edizioni Essegi, Ravenna of Patrizia Dal Re. The print interventions, both at the art printing house and at the press, were supervised by Antonio Pucella. 

In producing the pages, the authors were helped by collaborators coordinated by Mauro Lucarini. The edition of "CANTATA BLUIA LIBRO DORE​" has a run of seventy copies, numbered and signed in the colophon: fifty copies are numbered with Arabic numerals and twenty copies, reserved for the authors, with Roman numerals. Pier Paolo Calzolari and Pierre Thoretton chose two works each, signing 55 of 70 variations. Forty copies of the book (the copies numbered I to XX and 1 to 20) contain all four signed works. Fifteen copies of the book (the copies numbered 21 to 35) contain two signed works, i.e. the first work by each author. Fifteen copies of the book (the copies numbered 36 to 50) contain two signed works, i.e. the second work by each author. 

The book was finished in May 1999.
